Acceptance of Terms and Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and byd108 ("Platform", "We"). The Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by byd108.

Account Creation and User Security
Each user is allowed to register only one (1) account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts without prior notice. During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and other information requested by byd108.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. byd108 will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you should inform us immediately through the available support channels.
Byd108 may request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your identity card, passport, or other supporting documents. This is part of our compliance procedures. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension of your account.
The byd108 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. We take child and adolescent protection seriously. Any accounts found to be owned by underage individuals will be closed immediately, and all balances withheld pending investigation according to established procedures.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a byd108 user, you agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines. The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized methods to manipulate the games or platform systems.

Byd108 reserves the right to take immediate action including suspending or closing accounts, withholding balances, and reporting to relevant authorities if any of the above prohibitions are violated.
Payment Information & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the byd108 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Our platform supports various common local payment methods used by Malaysian users including DuitNow, online bank transfers, and other methods that may be added from time to time.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to limits set by byd108 and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered under your own name. Deposits from third-party sources will not be accepted and will be returned to the original sender.
Withdrawals are only permitted to bank accounts registered under the same user name. Daily withdrawal limits and processing times are subject to byd108’s current policies. byd108 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal to ensure transaction security and compliance.
In the event of technical errors causing incorrect credits or debits in your account, byd108 reserves the right to correct these errors without prior consent. Users are required to report any transaction errors within 24 hours of the incident.
Users are fully responsible for complying with any tax obligations related to winnings or transactions made through the byd108 platform. Our platform is not responsible for withholding or paying taxes on behalf of users unless required by applicable Malaysian law.
Liability Limits, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property
